Welcome to Element 5 MassageTherapy
The name Element 5 comes from the idea that there are 5 elements in nature that symbolize different aspects of our lives. They include:
Fire - symbolizes passion and high energy
Earth - symbolizes nourishment and stability
Metal - represents clarity and preciseness
Water - connotes ease, freshness, and abundance
Wood - evokes health and vitality
When these 5 elements are in balance they aid to generate personal well being. This is my goal when I work with each client, to help them find that balance amidst today's hectic and demanding schedules.
